Urinary Tract & Interstitial Cystitis Support

Do you suffer discomfort and are frequently told after a urine sample that it is clear or the sample is contaminated? This is a frustrating experience and can negatively affect your mental health, wellbeing, daily life and relationships.
This package uses Microgen DX testing, which may need to be run several times, to eliminate pathogens, plus a practitioner to prescribe the precise antibiotic for your pathogens (both are not included in the price).
Learning from the experienced practitioner Ruth Kriz, who has 40 years experience in this field, I have designed this package to support you through testing and supplementation (not included in the price), lifestyle and nutrition.
We will aim to get to the root cause of your symptoms, through thorough questioning and regular support, my goal is to resolve your symptoms and allow your body to heal.
This can take time as this condition is multifaceted and can be hormonal, genetic or lifestyle influenced.
Initial consultation one hour 30 minutes
Assessment of patient questionnaire and relevant forms prior to consultation whereafter a plan and the relevant testing if appropriate will be recommended
Two 30 minute follow up consultations, arranged 2 weeks apart
Assessment of tests, next steps and adaptations to plan is appropriate are included
The investment is £395
2 Month Payment Plan Available:
£200 initial payment followed by one payment of £195
Additional follow up consultations:
1 hour follow up £90 | 30 minutes follow up £60

When you book a consultation you will be sent a detailed questionnaire and food diary via an online portal
To complete prior to your consultation, the questionnaire asks about your medical history, symptoms, current diet and lifestyle. It typically takes 30 minutes to complete
Please be honest and accurate with your answers as this will help me to piece together the jigsaw of your personal story
All the information provided is completely confidential.

Your initial consultation is conducted either by phone or online video chat and lasts 75 minutes. We will talk through your concerns, symptoms, health, family history and any significant events that have contributed your symptoms
Any recent GP tests or laboratory results you have will also be assessed and ideally sent to me at least 48 hours prior to this consultation
Your health goals will be central to the process and I will ask you very detailed questions to get to the root cause in order to assess and research the steps required to improve your wellbeing
Functional tests and supplements may be recommended at an extra cost.
4.
You are unique and your plan is personalised to you with your wellbeing at the centre. The plan will be returned to you a few days after your consultation.
